Max doherty collected three hits in three at bats but Derry lost to Burrell 12-7 on Tuesday. Doherty singled in the fifth singled in the fourth and singles in the seventh inning.

 Derry got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Roman Fridley doubled and Collin Bush singled each scoring one run.

Burrell Flipped the game on its head in the top of the second scoring six runs on four hits to take a 6-2 lead. The biggest blow in the inning was an error that drove in two.

Doherty Singled which helped Derry tie the game at six in the bottom of the fifth.

 Burrell Captured the lead 8-6 in the top of the sixth after Lacinski singled and Bates singled each scoring one run.

 Nate Papuga Started the game for dairy he gave up seven hits and eight runs two earned over 5 2/3 innings, striking out four and walking four. Lacinski Stepped on the bump first for Burrell the starting pitcher gave up six hits and four runs to earned over four innings, striking out one and walking three.

 The Trojans amassed nine hits in the game. Bush collected two hits for Derry in four at bats. The Trojans had a strong eye at the plate accumulating eight walks for the game Fridley and Anthony Sacco led the team with two free passes each Derry one double player in the game.

 Burrell tallied 11 hits in the game R. Wass and Bates Each collected three hits for Burrell. Lacinski Went to 43 at the plate as he led the team with three runs batted in. Burrell worked the count all day, accumulating six walks.

 Dairy will welcome Greensburg Salem on Thursday for their next game.
