Mount Pleasant jumped to an early lead in the first and kept piling it on. The Vikings beat Derry in section play 13-1. 
Rebecca Huss started the game giving up 9 on 8 hits striking out zero and walking zero. Haley Myers relieved Huss striking out 1 and walking 1. 

Derry tallied 4 hits on the day. Katie Dunlap, Kali Henigin and Maizie Legge all had singles. Haylee Myers added a double and their only RBI. 

Only 3 section games remain for Derry. Ligonier twice this week and Southmoreland next week.
