Derry lost to Valley 9-6 on Wednesday.

John wasnick took the loss for the Trojans going 1/3 of an inning surrendering three runs on one hit. Nate papuga was the starting pitcher for Derry giving up five runs (one earned) on six hits over five innings.

 Dominick Dunkel earned the win for the Vikings. The righty threw three scoreless innings giving up one run on two hits.

Mason Fridley and Michael Aaron led Derry with one hit each. Cason long drive in two runs to lead the team in RBI’s.

 Next up for the Trojans is a non section game against Obama academy of International studies friday.
