In game, one of a doubleheader the Derry Trojans defeated Shadyside Academy 8 to 2 on Tuesday. Brady Angus led derry with three hits in four at bats.

 Nate Papuga earned the win for derry surrendering four hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out three and walking none. Levitt took the loss for Shadyside Academy. He went five innings, allowing five runs two earned on four hits, striking out four and walking three.
