The Derry Area Trojan Golf team opened WPIAL Section 2 AA play with a win over Southmoreland 233-248 at Donegal Highlands. Overall Low-medal honors went to Southmoreland's Brody Charnesky (43). The Trojan's were led by Aiden Darazio, Jacob Sliva and Gio Beatrice all carding 46. Parker Petrosky came in with a 47 and Chad Jones a 48. DA will host Mt. Pleasant on Wednesday at the Latrobe Elks.
