Central Valley (19-4) led Derry Area 22-16 at the end the of the first quarter and held an eight margin 37-29 at the half.
The Warriors exploded for 27 third quarter points behind leading scorer Isiah Jeter’s game leading 33 points. Central Valley place nine players in the scoring column with Angelo Conti netting 11 en route to an 80-55 WPIAL 4A first round win.
Stanley Rajkovich led the Trojans (12-10) with 18. Freshman Logan Irvin scored 14 & John Wasnick ended his Trojan career with 11.
